Logging In

The Operations Platform uses Google Workspace single sign-on.

Info Access is restricted to @lexer.io email addresses only and those with user accounts set up within the platform itself — external accounts cannot authenticate. MFA is enforced on all Lexer Google Workspace accounts.

Access Levels & Roles

The Operations Platform has five system roles. What you can see and do depends on the role assigned to your account.

The Operations Platform uses a dark sidebar with two components that work together to help you move around the platform.

CreateClick + New Article and choose a category

PublishToggle the status to Published — Lex will start using it immediately
Analytics The Knowledge Base dashboard shows search analytics — which articles are being found, which queries return no results, and the most popular topics. Use this to identify gaps in your documentation.

Access settings by clicking your avatar in the bottom of the icon strip and selecting Settings.

Profile Card
Upload or change your avatar photo. Edit your full name and job title.
Account Card
View your email address, role badge, and join date (read-only)
Display Card
Set Org Chart default view (Tree/List/Grid), date format (4 options with live preview), and timezone
Notifications Card
Toggle notifications for 8 event types. Each supports tri-state per channel: Off / On / Digest (Gmail and Slack). Set digest frequency. Admins can edit office reminder threshold pills (e.g. lease expiry warning days).
