Ad-hoc Reviews
One-off reviews outside regular cycles, with approval flows. Used for mid-cycle promotions, role changes, or performance concerns.
Probation Reviews
Track probation with timeline, milestones, regular check-ins, and a final outcome (pass / extend / fail).
Performance Reviews
Monthly, ad-hoc, and probation review cycles for all employees
Configure rating attributes per stage, grouped by category. Preview exactly how it appears to interviewers.

Public-facing description, requirements, and benefits. Publish/Unpublish via the sidebar button.
